Services that process data
Mowtab uses Clerk for authentication, organization memberships, and invitations; Neon for application data; Vercel Blob for private business logos; Stripe for Mowtab Pro subscription billing; and Google Maps for Property Measure maps, geocoding, and imagery.
Retention
QuickBooks ZIP and workbook uploads are parsed in the request and are not retained by Mowtab. Support sessions and platform audit records are retained for 12 months, with expired handoffs removed promptly. Customer records, estimates, invoices, payments, and related business records are retained until account deletion or a documented deletion request, subject to applicable legal obligations.
